Paula Phillips

Paula Phillips serves as the Director of Finance at The Berkeley & The Emory since May 2023 and has held the role of Financial Controller at Maybourne Hotel Group since July 2018, overseeing finance operations for The Berkeley in Knightsbridge and contributing to the Maybourne Beverly Hills team. Previously, Paula worked as the Assistant Financial Controller at The Goring from August 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included engaging with department heads and managing finance tasks in a luxury hotel setting. Starting as an Accounts Assistant at Cirrus Inns Ltd from December 2011 to August 2015, Paula managed purchase ledgers and credit control for a group of boutique hotels. Paula's career began at Manicomio Restaurant from September 2005 to December 2011, initially as a Supervisor and then promoted to Assistant Manager, overseeing staff operations. Paula holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from London South Bank University and degrees from First LO Gdansk and WSFIR University of Gdansk, Poland, specializing in accountancy.
