Johanna Gülpen

Johanna Gülpen has a strong background in finance and accounting. Johanna worked at Mayer Brown from 2014 to the present, starting as a Controller and later moving up to Finance Manager and Accounting Manager. In these roles, they collaborated with firm leadership to manage profitability and identify risks and opportunities. Johanna also led teams and focused on financial planning and analysis. Prior to their time at Mayer Brown, Johanna worked at Dr Hochs Konservatorium as Deputy Manager and Controller.

Johanna Gülpen completed their Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant degree from ACCA between 2015 and 2017. Johanna also passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams from the CFA Institute before 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl Betriebswirt degree in International Finance and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they briefly studied Rechnungswesen und Business/Management at Merrimack College in 2005.
