Lauren B. Pryor

Lauren B. Pryor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Partner and Co-Lead of the Financial Services M&A Group at Mayer Brown, Lauren previously served as an Associate at K&L Gates, where Lauren was named Partner in February 2016 after starting as a Summer Associate. Earlier in Lauren's career, a position as a Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates provided foundational experience. Lauren holds a BA in Government from Connecticut College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
