Nadia Guamán

Nadia Guamán is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator at Mayer Brown since May 2023, Guamán coordinates firm-wide events, manages sponsorships, and supports the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Previously, as the Legal Recruiting Diversity Coordinator at Sidley Austin LLP, Guamán acted as a liaison between diversity and legal recruiting teams, handling multiple law school sponsorships.
