Christoph Guster

Christoph Guster has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Christoph started their career as a Scientific Employee at Polymer Competence Center Leoben GmbH (PCCL) in 2004 and worked there until 2009. Christoph then joined Montanuniversität Leoben, Lehrstuhl für Allgemeinen Maschinenbau, where they served as a Team Leader for Betriebsfestigkeit & Methodenentwicklung from 2010 to 2013. Guster then transitioned to Komptech GmbH, where they were a Business Unit Manager for Slow-Speed Shredders from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Mayer & Co Beschläge GmbH (MACO) as the Head of Plastics Technology and later became the Head of Production and Maintenance at Plant Trieben in September 2019.

Christoph Guster obtained their Matura degree in Maschinenbau from HTBL Kapfenberg in the years 1991 to 1996. Christoph then pursued their studies at Montanuniversität Leoben from 1997 to 2004, where they received a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Montanmaschinenwesen with a specialization in Computational Design. Christoph furthered their education at Montanuniversität Leoben, completing their doctoral studies in Montanmaschinenwesen - Betriebsfestigkeit and earning a Dr.mont. degree from 2004 to 2009.
