Andrienne Scott has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on managing operations and providing excellent customer service. Starting in 2012, Andrienne worked at the Spanish Court Hotel, where they held roles as a Duty Manager and later as a Food and Beverage Manager. In these positions, they oversaw daily hotel operations, managed staff, and implemented strategies to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue. In 2017, Andrienne moved on to work as a Food and Beverage Manager at the Grand Bahia Principe, where they managed all food and beverage operations and supervised a large team. Andrienne then worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records Restaurant and S Hotel, focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability and training and supervising staff. Andrienne also gained experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager at One King West Hotel & Residence. Most recently, Andrienne has been working at Kettlemans Bagel as a Restaurant Supervisor, where they have been responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Andrienne's current role is the Director of Food and Beverage at Mayfair Clubs, where they are involved in strategic planning and manages the food and beverage operations for multiple restaurant locations.

Andrienne Scott obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, where they focused on Hotel and Resort Management with a minor in Meeting and Special Events. Andrienne attended the university from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their degree, Andrienne has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in the hospitality industry. These include WHMIS certification from OnlineWHMIS.ca™ - Canada's Trusted and Recognized WHMIS Training, which they obtained in February 2020. Andrienne also holds Food Handler Cards from Food Safety Training Canada, obtained in January 2020.

Andrienne has completed Credit Card Security Training at One King West Hotel & Residence in July 2019. Andrienne also obtained Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness in 5 Steps certification from the same institution in April 2019. Andrienne has Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve On, obtained in December 2018.

Lastly, Andrienne has completed Management Skills for New Managers & Supervisors training from Dale Carnegie Training in June 2017.
