Paul Reading

Paul Reading serves as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Mayfair Equity Partners LLP since April 2019, focusing on the formulation and execution of the company's medium-term plan while managing a portfolio of investments in the Technology and Consumer sectors. Previously, Paul held roles as Interim Group CFO and Non-Executive Board Member at The Snowfox Group, where Paul contributed to a 4x growth in EBITDA and the successful $621 million sale to Zensho Holdings. Prior experiences include leadership positions at EY, Antler, Workplace Systems, LDC, Deloitte UK, and PA Consulting Group, specializing in private equity, corporate finance, and operations management. Paul holds multiple degrees from The London School of Economics and the University of Nottingham.
