Nilambara Pujahari is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of HR & Administration at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts since October 2014. With a solid background in human resources, including roles as Manager HR at The Chariot Resort & Spa and Radix Securities Ltd., Nilambara has demonstrated expertise in HR generalist functions, training, and development. Prior experience includes senior HR executive responsibilities at SKS Microfinance Limited and HR manager duties at Odyssey Motors. Nilambara holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sambalpur University and has recently completed certifications in Lean Six Sigma and HR Analysis.
