Grace Nduta Njaaga (Msc)

Grace Nduta Njaaga holds a Master of Science in Finance and Insurance and has extensive experience in the bancassurance sector. Currently serving as Head of Bancassurance at Mayfair Insurance Company Limited since April 2022, Grace leads efforts in maintaining key corporate accounts and enhancing client satisfaction. Previously, Grace worked as a Relationship Manager at Sanlam, where strategies for customer segments were developed to boost sales and operational efficiency. Earlier roles include Business Developer at APA Insurance Limited and Bancassurance Officer at GA Insurance Ltd, focusing on business development, underwriting, and policy processing. In addition to current studies for a Diploma in Insurance at the Chartered Insurance Institute, Grace is well-qualified with a background in actuarial science and accounting.
