Lori Gulley

Lori Gulley has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Lori currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Mayfield Brain & Spine since June 2020. Previously, they worked at ThedaCare as the Interim Vice President of Talent Strategies, where they led and managed various HR functions from an external resource perspective until June 2020. Prior to that, Lori held roles at Mercy Health, including Vice President of Human Resources, where they served as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team and contributed to HR strategy during periods of acquisitions and mergers. Lori also worked as a Director of Human Resources, overseeing employee benefits, compensation programs, and corporate wellness initiatives at Mercy Health. Before joining Mercy Health, Lori served as both a Human Resource Manager and a Human Resource Specialist, gaining experience in various HR functions.

Lori Gulley completed their education at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business with a concentration in HR. Prior to that, they attended East Central High School, though no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, Lori holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt from BPG, LLC and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM.
