Kipp Turner

Kipp Turner, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the civil engineering field. Since January 2014, Kipp has served as Vice President of Construction at Maymead Inc, overseeing the NCDOT US 321 Widening Project and managing various NCDOT projects. Prior roles include Operations Engineer at The JW Hampton Company and Engineering Director at Gateway Grading, Inc. Kipp's foundation in engineering was built through various positions at NCDOT, including District Engineer and Division Design & Construction Engineer, following an engineering training program. Kipp holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complemented by early experience as a Traffic Engineering Technician and Engineering Technician during summer internships and graduate studies.
