Darline Cobb

Darline Cobb is an experienced professional with a strong background in leasing and training operations. Currently serving as the Director of Lease Administration and Director of Leasing Operations at Maymont Homes since July 2019, Darline has demonstrated expertise in managing leasing processes. Prior to this role, Darline spent over two decades at Ginkgo Residential, where responsibilities included directing training and development programs that enhanced team members' skills in various critical areas and serving as Project Manager, overseeing collections and final account disputes. Darline's extensive experience is supported by education from Gaston College.
