Sheri Ross

Sheri Ross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lease administration and property management. Currently serving as the Director of Lease Administration and previously as Leasing Manager at North American Properties since December 2009, Sheri has a strong background in negotiating leases for various developments across multiple states. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Kai The Medical Spa, Leasing Representative at Weingarten Realty Investors, Senior Leasing Representative at North American Properties, and multiple leasing roles at The Sembler Company and CNM Associates, focusing on power centers and grocery-anchored centers. Sheri began a career in property management at Spectrum Realty Advisors. Educational qualifications include a BA in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
