David Todd

David Todd has a diverse work experience in the real estate and consulting industries. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Conrex, where they oversee the company's operations. Before joining Conrex, David worked as a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at PGIM Real Estate, where they led various roles such as asset manager and acquisition lead for retail real estate in the US and Mexico. David also played a key role in the company's expansion into the manufactured housing sector. David's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Development Partnerships at DDR Corp., the Development Manager at Rebkee Company, and the Senior Project Manager at Rappaport. David started their career as a Consultant and Computer Programmer at Accenture.

David Todd received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Virginia Tech in 2000. David completed their high school education at Monacan High School in 1996. In addition to their formal education, David is also a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the USGBC.
