Devin Cass

Devin Cass, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Maymont Homes, having held various leadership roles within the company since November 2017, including Director of Investor Relations and Director of Fund Accounting. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Assistant Controller at Salem Leasing in 2017 and multiple auditing positions at CohnReznick LLP from 2014 to 2017, culminating in the role of Audit Senior Associate. In these roles, Devin worked extensively in the Commercial Real Estate and Affordable Housing sectors, managing audit engagements and client deliverables while ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both obtained from Appalachian State University.
