Caitlin Greene

Caitlin Greene possesses extensive experience in animal care and environmental management. Currently serving as an Animal Keeper at Maymont since March 2022, Caitlin has previously worked as a Zookeeper at Metro Richmond Zoo, where responsibilities included ensuring animal welfare and conducting educational talks. Prior roles include Plant Health Care Technician at Arborscapes, LLC, and various internships focused on animal husbandry and conservation at locations such as Dickerson Park Zoo and Panther Ridge Conservation Center. With a Master's Degree in Natural Resource Stewardship from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Conservation from Virginia Tech, Caitlin combines practical experience with a strong educational foundation in wildlife management and sustainability.
