Gregory S. Curran

Greg is Chairman of the Firm and a Member of Maynard's Corporate Section. He served as Chair of the Firm's Business Section for several years and Chair of both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. He has also served on the Firm's Executive Committee for several years.

With 30 years of experience advising clients through all types of business matters and complex transactions, Greg's distinguished and steadfast clientele includes both privately held and publicly traded companies, as well as emerging growth and start-up businesses, portfolio companies and their private equity and venture capital investors. His industry knowledge and experience is expansive, ranging from global manufacturers to companies operating in the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.
