Currently serving as a Master Consultant at Theatre Professionals HRD, Bharat specializes in identifying strategic development needs and designing tailored interventions. As an Executive Performance Coach with Maynard Leigh Associates, Bharat brings expertise in behavioural change programs focused on communication, leadership, and team dynamics. Co-founding The Free Birds Collective, Bharat emphasizes creativity and exploration in theatre. A multifaceted professional, Bharat also works as a freelancer in storytelling and experiential facilitation, aiming for ethical and empathetic collaboration. Previous roles include COO and Consultant at Maynard Leigh Associates, freelance photography for Utsav Fashion, and training with organizations like UNICEF.
