Brian Pearce

Brian Pearce is a seasoned attorney specializing in real estate and land use law, currently serving as a Shareholder at Maynard Nexsen PC since April 2023. With a career that began at Nexsen Pruet, LLC in August 2005, Brian has extensive experience in municipal board hearings, landlord/tenant disputes, title insurance litigation, real estate contract disputes, commercial real estate closings, lease negotiations, and contract negotiations. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree from Clemson University.
