Holderman Craig

Holderman Craig has extensive experience in financial and operations management. Starting in 2004 at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, Craig held roles as the Assistant Director of Finance and later became the Director of Financial Operations. In these positions, Craig was responsible for budgeting, managing audits, and tracking financial and operational progress.

In 2013, Craig joined Ogletree Deakins as the Chief Finance Officer, where they played a key role in financial management for the company until 2022. Craig then moved to Nexsen Pruet, LLC in 2022, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer until 2023.

Currently, Craig is working as the Chief Financial Officer at Maynard Nexsen PC, a position they assumed in April 2023.

Holderman Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Holderman later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance from Pace University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995.
