Rebecca Thornhill

Rebecca Thornhill is an accomplished attorney with significant experience in the legal field. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Miller & Martin PLLC since January 2017, Rebecca specializes in assisting healthcare clients with state Certificate of Need (CON) compliance, particularly in obtaining CONs and representing clients throughout the review process and appeals. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as an Associate at JONES DAY® from October 2009 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading civil litigation matters, drafting briefs and discovery documents, and advising corporate clients on litigation and transactional issues with a focus on securities litigation. Earlier in Rebecca's career, a position as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable J. Randal Hall in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia included drafting judicial orders and recommendations. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University.
