Carlo Congiusta

Carlo Congiusta currently serves as the Planning Team Leader at Mayne Pharma, focusing on the strategic implementation of the S&OP (Supply) process to enhance alignment among various departmental functions. Prior to this role, Carlo gained extensive experience at Lion from August 2010 to April 2021, where roles included SAP functional SME Project Deployment, Quality and Material Analyst & Production Scheduler, Packaging Team Leader, and Technical Officer. Earlier career experience includes an analyst position at The Australian Wine Research Institute from January 2009 to July 2010 and a role as a PhD student at Flinders University from January 2007 to February 2008. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nanotechnology from Flinders University, completed between 2002 and 2008, and earned a VCE from Mildura Senior College during 2000 to 2001.
