Charles Bruce

Charles Bruce currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Mayo Clinic in Florida since November 2018 and holds a position on the Board of Directors for BioFlorida, Inc. since June 2017. Additionally, Charles Bruce has been a Non-Executive Director at SolasCure since January 2019. With a long tenure at Mayo Clinic that began in 1994, Charles Bruce has held various roles including Assistant Medical Director for the Department of Business Development, Director for Business Development in the Center for Regenerative Medicine, Consultant in Cardiovascular Diseases, and Professor of Medicine, as well as Associate Medical Director for Mayo Clinic Ventures and Director of the Structural Heart Disease Program. Charles Bruce earned a degree in Medicine from the University of Cape Town from 1981 to 1986.
