Edith A. Perez

Edith A. Perez, MD, currently serves as Professor Emeritus and Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic, where involvement includes roles as Deputy Director at Large and Clinician Investigator within the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center since 1995. Prior to this, Edith A. Perez held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. from April 2020 to July 2024, overseeing various aspects of clinical development and operations. Additionally, experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of the U.S. BioOncology Medical Unit at Genentech from 2015 to 2018 and as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Association for Cancer Research from 2014 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University, a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, and various executive development programs from Harvard Kennedy School and The Wharton School, among others.
