Eric Cleveland

Eric Cleveland has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Operations Administrator in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic since January 1999. Previous roles at Mayo include Operations Manager for the Department of Neurology, where responsibilities included overseeing outpatient clinical practices and enhancing operational efficiency. Cleveland has actively participated in practice redesign initiatives and led innovation projects aimed at integrating creativity into healthcare practices. Additional experience includes roles as an adjunct faculty member at various universities, teaching management and organizational behavior courses, and providing consulting services through employee assistance programs.
