Erin Layman

Erin Layman, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and patient support within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Operations Manager in the Office of Access Management at Mayo Clinic since November 2017, where previous roles included Supervisor and Team Lead in Patient Support. Prior to this, Erin was a Senior Coach at Scottsdale Aquatics Club from August 2012 to November 2015 and held the position of Aquatics Supervisor at Moon Valley Country Club from March 2007 to August 2012. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Arizona Christian University.
