Jason Greenwood is a Clinical Informatics Fellow and Mayo Clinic Scholar at Mayo Clinic since July 2018. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Medical Resident at the University of North Dakota from August 2014 to July 2018. Jason's earlier experience includes a position as a Hardware and Verification Engineer at IBM from October 2008 to July 2017 and roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on MRI-based catheter development and micro-fluidic device design. Jason's background also includes internships at multiple companies, with early research activities spanning wireless and defense projects. Jason holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of North Dakota and completed a Family Medicine Residency at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Additionally, Jason earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University.
