Jennifer Flores

Jennifer Flores is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in principal gifts and development strategies across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as Senior Principal Gifts Officer at Mayo Clinic since August 2018, Jennifer leads fundraising initiatives to secure principal gifts and manage benefactor portfolios. Prior to this role, Jennifer founded Flo Group, a virtual consultancy focused on strategic fundraising for higher education, and held senior positions at The University of Arizona, OHSU, and the University of Oregon, where significant advancements in principal gifts programs and development efforts were achieved. Jennifer's career began in sales at Merck before transitioning to fundraising, with a solid educational foundation in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
