Katharine Klein

Katharine Klein serves as the Senior Director of the Transformation Office at Mayo Clinic, where leadership is provided for major transformation initiatives at Mayo Collaborative Services, LLC. Previously held the position of Head of U.S. Business Partnerships at Mayo Clinic Laboratories, focusing on inorganic strategy including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Katharine Klein worked at GE Healthcare in various leadership roles, including Corporate Development/M&A Director, where strategic opportunities were identified and developed, and Executive Client Director for the Americas. Additionally, roles included managing relationships with hospital systems and overseeing financial services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Early career experience includes senior positions at Advanced TelCom Group, General Electric Capital Corporation, and Lehman Brothers, with a strong background in investment banking and strategic planning. Katharine Klein holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is pending completion of a Master of Public Health from UCLA, and has an AB in Biology from Harvard University.
