Ritu Jethani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Third Party Risk Management at Mayo Clinic since 2025, Ritu oversees risk mitigation with a focus on security, compliance, data privacy, and operational continuity. Previously held senior leadership roles at organizations including Bounteous, Melio, and Morgan Stanley, where strategic initiatives in enterprise risk, compliance, and business continuity were established and managed. Ritu also provides strategic advisory support at Plootus and has a strong foundation in financial analysis and auditing, having worked with Deloitte, Elizabeth Arden, Diageo, and Ernst & Young. Ritu holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
