Sarah Meier

Sarah Meier is an experienced healthcare policy expert currently serving as the Director of Payment and Care Delivery Policy at Mayo Clinic since November 2018, following a series of roles including Payment Policy Analysis Manager and Principal Health Services Analyst. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Research Health Economist at RTI International, leading multi-million dollar federal contracts related to Medicare programs. Previous experience includes strategic planning and change management at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and research roles at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and various research institutions. Sarah has a Ph.D. in Population Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.Sc. in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a BA in the History of Science and German from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
