Taryn Frias

Taryn Frias is a highly qualified nursing education specialist currently employed at Mayo Clinic since April 2025, following a role as a clinical adjunct educator at Baptist Health. Taryn's experience includes comprehensive nursing roles, such as registered nurse positions at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health, where skills in direct patient care and nurse mentorship were developed. Additionally, Taryn served as a travel registered nurse, mastering various hospital-specific protocols for acute pediatric care. Academic contributions were made as an undergraduate tutor and research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, supporting nursing education and historical research.
