Erin Pach

Erin Pach is the Front of House Director at Mayo Performing Arts Center. Erin has over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on customer service and sales. Erin began their career as a Bakery Assistant at Cafe Pierrot, where they eventually became the Assistant Cafe Manager. In 2012, Erin transitioned to the Newton Theatre as the House Manager. In this role, they helped create inventory paperwork and a sales tracking system, and advised owners on how to manage volunteers and train them effectively. Erin also coordinated artist signings and settlements with tours. In 2014, Erin joined Mayo Performing Arts Center as the Front of House Director. In this role, they are responsible for managing all sales for concessions and merchandise during performances, as well as overseeing the front of house operations. Erin is passionate about providing an enjoyable and memorable experience for all patrons of Mayo Performing Arts Center.

Erin Pach has a BA in Theatre Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a high school diploma from Newton High School.

Erin Pach works with Maryue DePaola - Development Director, Ed Kirchdoerffer - General Manager, and Cheryl Yosh - Box Office Manager. Yasmine Yaghnam - Assistant House Manager, Zach England - Front of House Manager report to Erin Pach. Their manager is Allison Larena, President & CEO.
