She motivates the sales & marketing team to achieve the best results possible. She evaluates, develops and oversees all marketing strategies and plans. Moreover she is responsible for the negotiation of strategic partnerships ensuring the best conditions in target markets while parallel she builds and maintains long term relationships with business partners.
