Rotem Rathe Banias

Rotem Rathe Banias is an experienced professional in planning and logistics, currently serving as the Planning and Logistics Director at Maytronics since 2012. In this role, Rotem leads five multidisciplinary teams and has transformed the Planning and Logistics Department into a global entity while establishing a new production site. Prior positions at Maytronics include Senior Project Manager, where Rotem built the department from the ground up, and Director of Organization and Methods, focusing on process improvement through LEAN methodologies and new WMS systems. Rotem also held roles at Flex from 2007 to 2012 as Deputy Director of the Organization and Improvement Department, leading Kaizen events and system implementations. Early career experience includes service as a Liaison Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Development of Information and Innovation in Organizations from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industry, and Management from Braude Academic College.
