Joey Derusso

Joey DeRusso currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Accu-Fab, culminating in a successful acquisition by MEC, where Joey held several titles including Chief Commercial Officer, President, and Vice President of Sales and Customer Success. Additionally, experience includes a position as Marketing Director at RivalHealth and coaching roles at Prestonwood Country Club and Cardinal Gibbons High School since November 2013. Joey DeRusso holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
