Nicole Finch

Nicole Finch (Smith) is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management. Since September 2019, Nicole has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mayvin®, where responsibilities included managing the recruiting team in the absence of the Recruiting Director, overseeing contingent and full offer letters, and successfully leading major contracts that contributed to a tripling of the company's size. Prior to this role, from January 1996 to April 2019, Nicole was a First Sergeant in the US Army, where oversight included managing 53 personnel and handling various personnel actions within the Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion and Iron Mountain Recruiting Company. Currently, Nicole is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Post University, expected to graduate in April 2024.
