Bianca de Jong-Muhren has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bianca currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Mazars in Nederland since February 2021. Prior to this, Bianca worked as the President of Koninklijke Nederlandse Schaakbond starting in November 2020. Bianca also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Het Laar Tilburg, focusing on Finance, Operations, and Strategic HR starting in March 2020.

Bianca has also held positions at Bergman Clinics B.V. as the Clinic Manager Orthopedics in Rijswijk from February 2020 to January 2021, and at PwC Nederland in various roles including Senior Manager (Assurance Board support) and Senior Manager (audit) from April 2019 to January 2020.

Furthermore, Bianca was a CTT Certified Consultant at Barrett Values Centre from October 2018 to January 2020, where they supported clients in personal, leadership, and cultural transformation. Bianca has also served as the Chairwoman of ChessQueens.nl from December 2014 to January 2020.

Bianca's work experience includes their involvement as a Member of the Press Committee at the Tata Steel Chess Tournament from January 2007 to January 2015. Prior to their other roles, they held the position of Head of Administration at Muhren van Empel from January 2004 to September 2011.

Bianca de Jong-Muhren RA has a diverse education history. Bianca attended Gymnasium Bernrode from 1997 to 2003, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they enrolled at Tilburg University from 2004 to 2010, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accountancy. In 2010, Bianca pursued further education at the NBA (Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants), studying to become a Register Accountant (RA) in Accountancy, a program they completed in 2014.

In addition, Bianca attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a post-master's degree in Register Accountancy (RA). This additional certification demonstrates their commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.

In 2020, Bianca completed a leadership training program at de Baak, an institution known for its leadership development courses.

Currently, Bianca is enrolled at TIAS School for Business and Society, where they are pursuing a course in Beginnend Commissaris & Toezichthouder (Starting Commissioner & Supervisor). This program is expected to run from 2021 to 2022.
