Russ Harding

Russ Harding has been working in the creative industry since 1993. Russ began their career as a Senior Producer at Dorling Kindersley Publishing, followed by a Senior Producer role at Spark Learning in 2000. In 2001, they moved to Lego Systems A/S as a Senior Producer and then to Pearson in 2004 as a Producer. In 2007, they joined Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe as a Creative/Game Director. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Creative Director at Conspexit. In 2018, they began working as a Freelance Creative Director for The Chainsmokers Paris VR, a consultancy for Maze Theory, Sony Music, Aardman, and Sparx Learning. Russ also held roles at Maze Theory as Director, Chief Creative Officer (CCO), Studio Director, and Executive Producer/Creative Director. In 2022, they joined Emergent Entertainment as Chief Creative Officer (CCO).

Russ Harding attended Clare Park High School from 1980 to 1985. Russ then went on to pursue a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and Illustration from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London from 1989 to 1992.
