Vanessa Dorneles

Vanessa Dorneles has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Assistente de SAC at Mazer Distribuidora since November 2019, Vanessa has been instrumental in developing the SAC department and managing customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, Skype, and email. Prior to this role, Vanessa held positions such as Auxiliar Administrativo at Silveira E Vargas - Sociedade De Advogados, where responsibilities included public relations and financial management, and Recepcionista at Podologia Moinhos e Estúdio de Beleza, managing schedules and cash flow.
