Ahmed al Dhahab

Ahmed Al Dhahab has extensive experience in the dairy industry. Ahmed started their career as a Quality Officer at Dhofar Cattle Feed Company in 1999 and later became a Dairy Quality Officer, responsible for ensuring dairy products met quality standards. Ahmed then moved on to become a Dairy Quality Manager, implementing ISO and HACCP systems and ensuring factory hygiene and product quality.

In 2008, Ahmed joined DCF Co as a Dairy Production Manager, where they managed production supervisors and oversaw production operations. After a year, they became a Dairy Plant Manager, responsible for manufacturing operations, quality control, and coordination with other departments.

In 2012, Ahmed joined Alsafwah dairy, DCF Co as a Dairy Plant Senior Manager. Their role included ensuring the processing and delivery of dairy products, managing projects and operations, and maintaining quality and legal standards.

From 2019 to 2020, Ahmed worked as a Business Development Senior Manager at Dhofar Cattle Feed Company, where they contributed to planning new marketing initiatives, searched for new opportunities, and proposed market development to improve sales.

Most recently, Ahmed joined Mazoon Dairy (S.A.O.C) in 2020 as a Senior Operation Manager. In this role, they managed farm operations, site maintenance, inventory, and processing plan operations. Ahmed achieved a significant increase in production volume before transitioning to their current role as Plant Operations Director, overseeing dairy farm, CPP, inventory, projects, and maintenance operations.

Ahmed Al Dhahab obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Hull. Ahmed attended the university from 2008 to 2010.

Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Lincoln. Ahmed studied at the university from 2002 to 2003.

Earlier in their education journey, Ahmed Al Dhahab completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) degree in Animal Sciences from Sultan Qaboos University. Ahmed was enrolled in the university for four years, from 1994 to 1998.
