Heather O'Neill

Heather has newly been promoted to the General Manager for Saratoga National Golf Club and Prime at Saratoga National under the Mazzone Hospitality/Compass Group umbrella. Heather began at Saratoga National as the Restaurant Manager. Heather brings almost 30 years in the restaurant business to Prime at Saratoga National. She has owned 3 restaurants and 3 food trucks and has consulted at some of the best establishments in the North Country.
