Aram Kayfajyan

Aram Kayfajyan serves as the CEO and Controlling Shareholder of Armbrok Investment Company since December 1999, leading one of Armenia's oldest and prominent investment firms that provides a comprehensive range of financial services. In addition, Aram holds positions as a Board Member and Shareholder at Glocal Asset Management and a Partner in Capital Markets, Transactions & Strategy at MB Legal & Business Consulting. Other notable roles include Shareholder at Invest in Armenia CJSC, Member of the Supervisory Board at Inecobank, and Board Member at Ani Holding, as well as previous directorships at the Central Depositary of Armenia and the Armenian Stock Exchange. Aram's academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from Armenian State Institute of Economic Research, complemented by a degree from Armenian State University of Economics.
