Robert Grater

Robert Grater has worked in a variety of roles in the audio-visual industry since 1996. Robert began their career as a Technician at Audio Visual Innovations Hilton in Cherry Hill in 1996. Robert then moved to Audio Visual Associates as Director of Audio Visual in 1998. In 1999, they worked as Director of Audio Visual at the Philadelphia Marriott, Director of Event Production at the Marriott Marquis, and Asst. Director Event Technology at the New York Marriott Marquis. Robert then moved to Alliant Event Services as Project Manager in 2004, followed by Starlite as Video Group Manager in 2005. From 2007 onward, they held three roles at MB Productions, including Vice President, Video Director / TD, and Director of Operations.

Robert Grater attended Deptford NJ High School from 1991 to 1994. Robert then went on to pursue an Associates degree in Audio, Video Production from Full Sail University from 1994 to 1996. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Barco E2 Processor and Graphical User Interface from Barco.
