Greg Saxton

Lead Quality Assurance Representative at MBA CSi

Greg Saxton has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Greg began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in 1985, where they worked for over 10 years. Following this, Greg worked at the Boeing Company as a Production Team Leader for the Boeing 757 product line, implementing new processes that reduced cycle time by 43%. Greg then joined WorldCom/MCI as a Project Manager, leading a team in data collection and entry for transmission systems. Greg later ventured into entrepreneurship, working as a Marketing Consultant for various companies including the Dallas Cowboys, Gulfstream, and Boeing Aircraft Company. Greg also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Roberts Advertising Company, supporting their marketing efforts. Subsequently, Greg joined Bell Helicopter as a Production Change Integrator, responsible for coordinating configuration changes and supporting special projects. Greg then continued their work in quality assurance, first at Siemens as a Lead Quality Assurance for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and later at MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) as a Lead Quality Assurance Representative, managing the In-Plant QAR team and ensuring supplier quality processes. Most recently, Greg worked in the Aerospace Industry as a Source Inspector.

Greg Saxton attended Connally High School and James Connally High School from 1961 to 1965. In 1975, they obtained an AABA degree in Business from Butler County College. From 1984 to 1985, they studied Psychology at The University of Texas at Dallas, but did not obtain a degree in that field.
