Alireza Jalily

Alireza Jalily has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alireza is currently serving as the Scientific Director and Lecturer for DBA/MBA Retail Management at MBA DBA Center - PostMBA since September 2019. In this role, they have designed and implemented the first Retail Management Course at the University level in Iran, attracting talented managers from the retail community.

Prior to that, they founded and served as the Director Middle East at Ateecc Business Solutions from March 2018. Ateecc aims to facilitate trade between Europe and emerging markets and has successfully collaborated with well-established companies in the Middle East, EU, and Asia.

From 2012 to 2015, Alireza held the position of Country Manager at Azadea, a leading fashion and lifestyle retail company in the Middle East and Africa. During their tenure, they achieved positive net income and transformed the business model to an independent and performance-driven one.

Prior to that, they served as the Country Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, a global FMCG leader with renowned brands. Alireza successfully doubled the business volume and made Iran one of the top markets in the MENA region. Alireza also improved profitability through effective P&L management and cost control.

Alireza has also worked in roles such as Business Development Director at Pragma Group, Sales Manager at Nokia, and Sales & Distribution Manager at British American Tobacco. In their role at BAT, they developed one of the best trade marketing teams and territories in Iran.

Alireza Jalily has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of Bordeaux and obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Process Engineering at the University of Science and Research from 2000 to 2003. Alireza's educational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering - Food Industries from the University of Science and Research, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.
