Joanna Stolecki

Joanna Stolecki has extensive experience in sales development and project management within the banking sector, currently serving as Deputy Director of the Sales Development Support department at mBank S.A. since October 2008. Joanna has successfully led key projects, including the migration and upgrade of the CRM system to version 2.0 and the development of an internal automation tool for CRM services. Previously, Joanna held the position of CRM Expert and Team Leader at Bank Pekao, where significant accomplishments included the development and implementation of the CRM Focus system. Earlier career experiences at Bank BPH SA involved roles as a Lotus Notes administrator and IT specialist, contributing to the development of corporate CRM systems and supporting banking operations. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Software-Hardware Engineering and an Engineering degree in Computer Networks from the University of Information Technology and Management in Warsaw.
