Marcin Mazurek is the Chief Economist and Director of mBank Research at mBank S.A., where work has been focused on economy and markets since October 2007. Prior to this role, Marcin served as a Senior Analyst at the Bureau of Economic Analysis, specializing in macroeconomic forecasting for the Polish economy from April 2006 to October 2007 as a Macroeconomic Analyst at Bank BGZ, and conducted research as an Intern at the National Bank of Poland in 2005. Marcin completed a PhD in Economics and an MA in Economics, focusing on growth theory and public finance, at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2006 to 2010 and from 2001 to 2006, respectively.
