Michal Hanousek

Michal Hanousek is currently the Head of Loans Business Lines and Product Development at mBank S.A. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michal served as Retail Product Director at TRINITY BANK a.s. from May 2022 to January 2023 and Head of Unsecured Loans and BNPL at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika for a brief period in early 2022. Michal's extensive experience in the banking industry spans over a decade, including significant roles at Equa bank a. s. as Head of Asset Products and earlier positions as Asset Products Manager and Analyst. Additional experience includes positions at Citi as Cards Portfolio Manager and Citiphone Officer, as well as various leadership roles at LBBW Bank CZ, overseeing call center operations and client communications.
