Akshatha R has been working in the technology industry since 2018. Akshatha began their career at Finflux as a Senior Data Engineer and then moved into the role of Application Support Engineer. In 2022, they joined Mbanq as a Senior Production Support Engineer.

Akshatha R graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru (SIT Tumkur) in 2018, after studying there from 2015.
